Dear Apple, I bought a brand new Iphone 12 and there was a panel issue, my seller(Abans- sri lanka) say based on your new terms and conditions a replacement is impossible.

My phone is under warranty as of 01/03/2021(day I bought it)

My phone has been given to repairs on the 21/06/2021, and I have not got my phone back/ immediate replacement.

I love apple, but ABANS Colombo is ruining your reputation for customer service, they are in direct violation of your T&C. please help
