Anyone have an email address or phone number where I can let the company k is what an awful experience I have had getting a phone repaired/replaced at the Apple store?

You can also call the actual store and speak with the manager if you have not already done that. They are responsible for their individual stores.

Thanks, already spoke with two managers at the store and they did nothing to help sadly.
