I recently dropped my iPhone XR and now I can't open any of my apps or turn off my phone. I can't do a soft reset either, but I can unlock the phone and use Siri. I also can hold down an app to delete it but I can not open them or rearrange them. Please help

I'm not sure what a soft reset is, since that is not a troubleshooting term used by Apple. However, if you cannot unlock the iPhone, try the steps in this support document, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support If that does not help, you need to contact Apple Support, Get Support
