Can’t reinstall iMovie to iPhone

I offloaded the iMovie app to save space and now it won’t reinstall. It starts to install, but then it doesn’t complete the installation about 3/4 through the process. I’ve tried it directly from the App Store as well. Not sure why this is happening. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Imovie compressor error hello everyone I recently updated my itunes since it is needed after I upgraded to iphone pro 11. Now after doing the update is messed up my imovie and cannot export the project. How to download a iMovie after you deleted the footage from your phone? I deleted the video I used in the iMovie from my phone entirely because I needed to free up space and now I can’t download the iMovie because it says that it’s unavailable. Please help.
