updating card information

im having trouble updating my debit card on my phone.My old card expired and i have the new one but its not giving me the option to update the information.Can someone help me with this

See if this helps, Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support. You may have to add the new card before you can delete the other, however there is a big blue button in that support document about editing payment methods.
