Using two iphones and one Watch tracking Activity

I know that Apple reads the forums so figured I would post this here. So I just purchased the iPhone SE and also have iPhone 11 Max Pro and iPhone Se 2016. Also have and had all versions of the Apple Watch including the Series 5. Kind of a fanatic about doing the Monthly Challenges and closing my rings daily. Really do not want to buy a second watch to use with the SE and keep hoping Apple would come out with a solution for now using two iPhones and one watch. A web based approach would be the easiest for most of us i.e. Garmin and Fitbit, but also would cost Apple more. But wondering if they could do something Cloud based with the Activity App where the App had a Save and Restore mode. So before I remove my Sim card from one phone I Save my current Activity. Pop the Sim card in either SE version, open Activity click Restore and now I have my current Activities and not worried about losing anything from my Daily Rings or Monthly challenges. When I do a Search for using Apple Watch on multiple iPhones it seems people have been looking for a solution for years. Please Apple give us something.
