Can I get a refund for one of them please

yesterday I accidentally made 2 transactions but I only want one. I am sending my phone to an apple store to get the screen repaired and I accidentally paid 2x $45 by accident can you please help me please

I can't get a refund Take it easy These purchases are not made by me. Made by a minor. he said he didn't want to buy them and he bought them as the phone froze and the self shot was taken. I want these back.
