iPhone 6s Plus notification and ringtone doesn’t work

I see that you're no longer hearing notification sounds or the ringtone you've selected for incoming phone calls. I'm glad to help with this.

How to put your iPhone on vibrate, ring, or silent mode -- Make sure the Ring/Silent switch hasn't been engaged. If you see any red at the switch, flip the switch and see if you hear any sounds. If the switch wasn't engaged, go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and tap the different tones you've selected to see if they play.

Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- If the switch wasn't engaged and the tones sound fine in Sounds & Haptics, make sure that Do Not Disturb isn't on.

Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and select one of the tones you're using. On the next screen, see if those tones play from there.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker -- Since you're not hearing callers from the receiver, the steps in this article can help. Since you've already checked your sound settings, start with step 2 in this article.
