I have used my friends apple id before, now I created my own. But when I want to update some apps, phone is still using the old id and I can’t update anything.

Your problem likely is occurring because your apps were acquired using the problem Apple ID. You could delete the apps acquired using that ID and purchase (if necessary)/download them using the new ID.

A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
An added option is to setup Family Share with the other ID(s) and most apps will then share across "Family" users (though not subscriptions).
