Ok you could try rebuilding the Spotlight index.

How to rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac – Apple Support

In your case I would rebuild the index for the whole mac,

so move the icon for Macintosh HD (or whatever you have called it)

into the Privacy section. I would then quit System Preferences.

Then reopen System Preferences> Spotlight> Privacy and remove

Macintosh HD from the panel by using the minus button.

Spotlight should start to re index, to check click on Spotlight on

the menubar, enter a word, if it is re indexing then you should see

a progress bar. Leave it to finish before searching for your movie file.

Make sure there is not anything else in the Privacy panel of Spotlight

if there are remove them too.
