Keynote won’t insert videos

I am trying to insert videos (.mov) taken on my iPhone into keynote. Every time I try to do this, an error message pops up saying the movie can not be inserted and says “Cannot Decode.” It’s never done this before. I recently updated to macOS Catalina. Not sure if that has anything to do with this or not. Thanks for the help!
