How do you hide the header on page 1 in version 10?

How do you hide the header on page 1 in version 10?

You used to be able to hide the header on page 1 by going to Document > Section, but that tab no longer exists in version 10. I've looked through all of the menus, searched Help for it, but I can't find it. Please help.

In thumbnail view, click the first icon. This will dynamically change the right format panel to a section panel. Click in the document body to return to the format panel view.
