No solution yet to finder stealing focus periodically?

This issue is driving me nuts. In Catalina, every minute or so a finder window pops-up and steals focus. This started with no apparent reason or update?

Still no answer from Apple?

Catalina 10.15.4 - Finder pops up. etc. I updated Catalina 10.15.4 with the latest update this morning. Now, my Finder window opens on its own every 5-15 min (may be related to iPad connecting to computer). Keyboard lost focus, e.g. I'm typing and suddenly it stops entering my text until I move mouse to the same field and click inside. I had to restart my bluetooth mouse few times as it stopped. Is it any way to remove this specific update? I never experienced anything like this.

Focus switches to Finder every 15 - 20 seconds on iMac Hi, I have a weird problem that just started happening. Every 15-20 seconds or so the active window focus goes from whatever app window I'm using to the Finder. Ex. I'm typing this post and every 15-20 seconds the Finder becomes active instead of Safari so what I'm typing doesn't show and I need to click in this box to be able to type again. I have no other apps or windows open or running and have removed (not just hidden) all login items under system preferences/users and groups/login items. I'm on an: IMac 2019 Catalina v 10.15.4 Any suggestions as to what may be causing this? Thanks, Craig

Finder Periodically Stealing Focus About the time the macOS 10.15.2 Update came out, the Finder started periodically stealing focus. I haven't timed it, but it seems almost regular. In the time to type this post, it's happened three times. It's impossible to do any sustained typing and the frequency that keystrokes go to the Finder instead instead of the application you think your working in, is beyond frustrating. I think it is something causing the Finder to crash and restart, because if I quit the Finder, the problem does not occur and shortly after restarting the Finder, the problem returns. I don't think it's due to the 10.15.2, it just started about the some time the update came out.

Perhaps almost nobody experiences this problem you see.

If you boot into Safe Mode, does it happen?
