authenticating my laptop

Hi! I have a Dell XPS and until March 2020 I didn't have any issues playing the music I had bought from the iTunes store on my laptop. Now though I have a couple of albums that I can't play I keep getting the error that my laptop isn't authorized to play it, I authorize my laptop and I'm brought right back to the same prompts. I've deleted iTunes and reinstalled, I've unauthorized and reauthorized my laptop completely and am still unable to fix the issue. Anyone else have this issue and find a way to resolve it? thanks
