When I go to the basic settings, the “software update” section, it shows me that iOS 13 update is available and need to connect to wi-fi. I’m doing everything right, I click the “download and install” button, I get the message that the update is requested and that’s where it ends, nothing has changed for a day. I tried to do everything in vain.
Then there may be a problem with your WiFi connection. Go to Settings > Storage and erase the download file if one is there and then try a different WiFi.
You can't do the update while connected to cell data, you need to connect to WiFi.
