Right Airpod not working

I just bought a brand new pair of Airpods with Wireless Charging. They were working fine but the right Airpod just stopped making any sound. I fixed it once but whenever I try it again, it never works. I reset the Airpods multiple times but it still isn't working whatever I do. The right Airpod doesn't make any sound but I can pause and skip music on it. What can I do?
