replacing adapter for my MacBook Air

I'm out of the US and trying to replace my 45W MagSafe 2 power adapter model number A1436 for my 13" MacBook Air. The only adapter I can find is model number MD592/E. My question is if the MD592/E is the same adapter as A1436 but just a different model number because I'm in Colombia?
