So I bought an iPhone from a friend. And he got the iPhone from his cousin. When I 1st bought it, it was disabled. I went and got it enabled. But now I dont know his Apple ID and Password and I cant get in contact with the person. So what can I do?

you will need to contact the previous owner to have them log out of iCloud or go to https://www.icloud.com/find/ My Phone and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If you can’t do that, the device is useless.
