Recently after the IOS update 13.4., random blank notification dots kept appearing on apps I dont have notifications on for.
If you look in the picture below, you can see them on the wallet app and the transit app.
It appears on every other app that I have on my phone too not just these two. Can someone please let me know how to fix this or what the problem is?
