That a Pressure Mark:

The screen has been indented in some fashion. Replacing the screen would supposedly fix it.

Consider a Return:

So, take this up with the seller. And, if purchased through a Web site (i.e. eBay or Craigslist), view the Terms & Conditions, and see if anything can be done about this on the seller's part.

As for Replacing the Screen:

Take this to an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider), and see if they can go about fixing this. Apple Stores are closed at the moment, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. So, locate an open AASP, as that would be how to go about replacing the screen.

Contacting an AASP:

  1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
  2. Click: Service & Support
  3. Enter: your location information
  4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
  5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone
