MacBook pro 13.3 overheating issue

Hello, my name is Andy, and I wanted to know why my macbook pro 2019 is overheating? Is this a common thing for a 2019 macbook? If not what could be the reason behind this? And if yes, what are some tips to help prevent or atleast reduce overheating.
