Could not load library SHLWAPI.dll from the AppleMobileDeviceSupport directory

My phone XR has been locked after a normal restart, probably due to Memory Full, or hardware problem, stuck in apple logo.

After the xr drained battery i could set it in dfu, but connecting to itunes to update goes in ERROR 14.

In the log i see

_AMDNotifyHook (thread 18596): Could not load library SHLWAPI.dll from the AppleMobileDeviceSupport directory, C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\\SHLWAPI.dll

and

_AMDNotifyHook (thread 18596): Could not load library WININET.dll from the AppleMobileDeviceSupport directory, C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\\WININET.dll.

I have already tried to unistall itunes to download again ipsw to use older ipsw

Now i didn't find in this Reset the Lockdown folder in iTunes - Apple Support

But in any case i suppose it is not applicable in my case because the iphone i could not turn on.

How can i do ?

I want to reset the lockdown folder because, when I connect the Xr to turn on, the name of the device it is not recognized in iTunes. In fact the dialog box refer to my Xr as “IPhone” and not the real name stored in the phone.

Because I received no answer, I try to explain again maybe I was not clear

1) tried to backup iPhone XR iTunes. Backup not succesful, it has generated a 40 Gb file not recognized from itunes 4/26

2) iTunes updated and usb working as seen in check state

3)ok I tried to delete apps not used and then turn off

4) the phone stuck in Apple logo

5) no way to put in recovery using the sequence known

6) the day after contacted support and I think because has gone out from battery red battery I did while on the phone with support again volume up down and power

7) system goes in the window with the usb

8)connected to pc seen from pc update

9) error 14 iTunes

10) take away iPhone and connect again

11) tried several things download again, change usb, change pc, took away antivirus install again iTunes ,start iTunes as admin

12)No solution reading at the log it say error 14 could not load dll

13) solutions ? Exactly 5 days fighting no help from anybody
