Update Failed

Hi there, my phone has been broke for over 2 months now.

i have been advised by apple they will let me know when pick up is available & they can take my device to look at it & more than likely replace.

i am in Ireland. Is this service available again yet? I don’t understand why new iPhones can be distributed but mine can’t be fixed?

Limited Coverage Hello, Apple Turkey ignores the global warranty coverage. And 2 days left of my warranty. Turkey refuses to provide service support for my iphone. I have an iphone 12 pro max that I bought from the USA and have been using for a while in Turkey without any problems. In the past months, a software error has appeared in my phone's camera and I cannot use the camera. My phone is still under the 1 year global warranty period, but Apple Turkey ignores the global warranty coverage and refuses to provide any support for my device. Could you please support me to solve this problem?
