For example i write on Ukrainian language, then i want use launchpad for search some app, i do swiping for start launchpad, but for searching i need english ... i trying to change it, but nothing. Then i swiping again to close launchpad, i change my language to english and again swiping to run launchpad ...
I tired to do this ...

I opened Launchpad here on my Mac and the ability to use another language in Launchpad is unavailable. That is the reason of why you're experiencing this behavior.

I have installed the English language on my Mac. I use it in all applications. Also i have few else language on Mac (Ukrainians, Russians), sometimes i write something. To change the language on Mac I use command 'option+space'. Everything works good, but.. when I launch 'launchpad' -> it's not working ...
Just try by yourself. Add new one language to your Mac, run Launchpad, and try to change the language.
That's all. It's doesn't work.
