Apple TV 3rd Generation wont except the two step authentication code when I enter it with the password.
Is there a work around or a solution ?
I have upgraded to the latest software and now I cant even turn off the two step authentication process.
I have been at this for hours would appreciate any help.

Try this adjusted procedure:
First enter the password (do not submit yet). Then request a new verification code. Then append that code to the password. Then submit.
This way, the time limit is less likely to be an issue.
