Access to Apple live chat support

Hello.

I am a person who has luck with guides and Apple products... until today.

My iMac doesn't accept CMD + F2, even when adding FN key to all of this, and answers take way too long to arrive. Is there a way to go to Apple live chat support, or is that permanently/temporarily unavailable?
