Apple TV iCloud dr. Won’t take my ID and password. I got a code on my phone to use. Where does the code go in IID or password? And what is the format?
It seems that You have an old tv os version so
firstly on Your iOS device go to settings Apple ID,password and security then click get verification code
-once You have the code generated type your password with get code without space and log in
