Keeping dock visible while using fullscreen Word

I would like to know if there is any way to keep the dock permanently visible while I work fullscreen in Word. The constant mouse-swiping to flush out the dock is maddening. Thank you very much.

Keystroke to hide and reveal the Dock? Last year I commented on how irritated I get when I move my cursor near to the bottom of the FCPX window and the Dock pops up. Hello,

There is no way to retain the Dock or Menu Bar while in Full Screen.
