I signed out of these devices when I returned them to the store but it says I’m still signed in. Also it has the wrong name in that it says Sahars iPhone when it was my iPhone (Sami’s Iphone). Sahar is my sister and I use her laptop but the Apple ID is mine. How do I fix this.

You can try going to iCloud.com/Find My Phone using a computer browser and see if you can remove the phone from your account.
