Icons on top of the screen glitching

For some reason the battery and cellular icons disappeared, and the wi-fi icon went all the way to the left almost out of the screen, doesn't matter what app I use or if the screen is locked. They go back to normal for a second if I pull down the quick settings or change apps, but then return to that weird state.
