Iphone 11 wont turn on after backup

Last night my phone said that I did not have any storage left. I purchased more and tried to backup my info so that I could then delete it off of my phone and have more space. My phone failed to backup. No applications were loading including messages. I restarted my phone. After this my phone will not turn back on. It keeps trying to restart by itself so it will be the apple screen and then a blank screen and then a black screen. It has done this throughout the night. I tried putting it on the charger, off the charger, wall charger, and plugging it into my MacBook. I have also tried to do the factory restart. Nothing is working.

iPhone 11, iOS 13
