SMS Spam..... come on Apple!

In the last few days I have gotten a growing number of unsolicited SMS spam messages, including outright scams.

WHY DON’T YOU TREAT UNWANTED SMS MESSAGES LIKE UNWANTED PHONE CALLS?

At least put them into separate bucket if they are not in my contact list. Spammers never use the same number twice, so your current solution of blocking a number is completely and totally worthless. Please let me use my contacts as a white list and be able to add “unknown” texts to my contacts if they are important. Otherwise allow me to blacklist unknown texts by default. I can not put up with 20-30 spams a day. I’ll switch to Android if this is not addressed.
