Okay so my camera has been black and I haven’t been able to take any photos so it’s not a physical problem. When I open Snapchat this pops up so I feel like it’s a technical problem. I’ve factory reset and done everything I could possibly do. I’m left confused. When I open Snapchat it won’t let me refresh or click my bitmoji to view my story. Maybe Snapchat has a bug but I doubt it. Someone, anyone help

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble with the camera on your iPhone. I'd be happy to share information that may help.
If you're having trouble with your camera in the Camera app as well as other apps, try the steps here: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working.
If you're only experiencing issues with Snapchat accessing your camera, navigate to Settings > Privacy > Camera. Then, make sure that Camera is enabled for Snapchat.
