Boot loop

Anyone help me. My daughters iPhone 7 Plus is stuck on logo. I’ve hard reset many times, connected to iTunes and it starts to restore downloads software but then keeps looping on the logo.

Boot loop My moms IPhone XR has been stuck on the apple logo for a week now. I tried updating it with my windows pc but it was giving me error, I also tried the force restart and both did not work.
