Please note this important part:

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE TV and HOMEPOD SERVICE.

Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

So you may have to ship it back to the US for service.

If it's a WiFi only iPad, you will most likely be able to claim the warranty at Apple Stores or Apple Authorized Service Providers in your company. However, if it's an iPad with Cellular, you will most likely have to return to the country of purchase in order to claim warranty services.
