using bluetooth headset, how force use of AAC codex

I am trying to solve the following problem.

I have a mid 2015 Macbook Pro 15 inch. Using Catalina. 10.15.4.

Trying to use bluetooth for my new wireless Jabra Evolve 75 headset.

With my computer the headset goes to Active Codex= SCO,

which gives poor sound quality and some latency.

To make it use a faster codex (eg aptX or AAC ?),

I need to download, from Apple Developer Downloads,

Additional Tools for xCode 11.dmg,

then open Bluetooth Explorer,

which will allow me to “force aptX’ usage? or AAC usage?

Ventura Bluetooth issues. Why is Apple dragging its feet when addressing the Bluetooth issues created with the Ventura OS 13.0 update? It is impossible to connect my keyboard to my Macbook Pro since the update and all of my mice have a terrible lag as if the buffers get full and then empty out. I can never tell where the pointer will be at any given time because it seldom follows my mouse. The keyboard and mice work fine on all other Bluetooth enabled devices, but NOT on the one device I have with Ventura. (And, yes, I have done all the troubleshooting. Nothing makes it work properly for more than a few minutes.) It is sloppy and anti-user to let this bug continue! I left PC's to get away from this kind of shoddy workmanship!
