Apple.com/support -1008F Error Message

Got this error message what do I do?

It depends on your MacBook Pro model. If your MacBook Pro has only USB-C ports, you need to get USB-C to Ethernet adapter, though if your MacBook Pro has Ethernet port, connect MacBook Pro to Ethernet Hub or Router directly with CAT6 Ethernet cable.

Or if your school or company or friends have secured WiFi or Ethernet I internet connections, try to use them to install macOS on your MacBook Pro.

Or if you find opened Apple Authorized Service Provider near you, they would install macOS on your MacBook Pro for free.
