Cancel purchase of app.
How do I cancel the purchase of an app that was charged to my account, I used the cancel app purchase on my iPhone but I notice I was billed on my cc card.

Did you purchase the app? Apple's policy is all sales are final but if the app is in your purchase history you can click on Report a Problem and ask about a refund. There is no guarantee they will do so.
