Saving iMovie as mp4 on iPad

Can I save an iMovie as a mp4 instead of .mov on an iPad Air 2? I have been able to do this on my laptop by selecting high (not best) but can't work out how to do it on an iPad. Please help!

iMovie latest update on Ipad no longer exports a MOV file I have just updated iMovie on my IPad Pro (2nd Oct 23). Before I could export (save to files) as a MOV file. Now it will only save as a imoviemobile file. Which will only play back on iMovie. Obviously where I could easy playback my files as MOV (on various platforms), now I’m limited to just using my Ipad. Why have Apple done this, and what is the easiest way around creating files I can use?
