Apple Mail

Good day,

I can’t seem to log into my mail, it opens into this and I don’t know what to do ? Please advise.

Looks like you have to setup your e-mail account on your phone before you are able to see it in Mail. Click on the provider of your account and it will guide you through the proper steps to get the account added.

Go to settings > apple ID (on top where you see your name) > iCloud and ensure that 'Mail' is turned on.

I have an account already but when I go into the icloud option and put in my details it says already logged in and won't open my mail.
