How do I change Apple Music Account Name and Photo?

Hey, I currently use Apple Music student membership. I had given my account to my girlfriend a year ago and now I’m back to iPhone and Apple Music.

But there are some problems.

I can’t change the account name profile picture.

Playlists are always shown for different name. Even the playlists that Apple Music create for me doesn’t include my name.

I’ve changed apple music id name and unidays account name but it’s still the same.

Sometimes a profile picture appears on For You tab but I can’t change that neither.
