Am trying to install a software and am received the following:

not detailed enough. I'll take a guess. You have Catalina installed and now trying to install some third party program. Its most likely 32 bit and is not going to install no matter what you do. Catalina requires 64 bit programs.
As the error indicates…

You need to contact the developer.
where do i recognise whether its 32 or 64 bit?
Any reply? How do i determine if the application am trying to install is a 32 or 64bit?
