Personal Budget Template in Numbers 10.0

this is a nightmare, I entered my categories on the budget page, it changed the titles on the graph above but when you go to the transaction page they were not changed to match, when I try to change the names of the categories it refers back to the generic ones, I have printed the information on working with smart categories but it makes no sense IT REALLY SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD, not everyone is a tech genius hence using a template

Someone please help and print out a step-by-step step for dummy’s on how to make this thing work,

I need the categories to match the ones on the budget page and graph and 4 sub category’s for each main one

all the questions like this are prior to I0.0 and don’t help
