Hey ,

if the receiver deletes messages from your conversation via text messages and it also disappears from my phone is there any way of getting it back ?

If you backed up your phone - restoring that back up will return your messages - but will eliminate those received from that point on.

The receiver cannot delete a text message from your phone. All content will remain on your iPhone, no matter what a person deletes on yours.
