Some of these things will apply to your situation even if you are not changing your Apple ID: What to do after you change your Apple ID or password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204071
Keep in mind that some things available under a first Apple ID will not be available under a new Apple ID. For example, you won’t be able to transfer anything purchased from the App and iTunes Stores to a new ID. And, there are other issues to be addressed. See

You can't have a master account with multiple Apple IDs assigned to it. Each device can have its own ID and be separate from each other or they can use the same Apple ID and be on the same account.
right now we have one master account and we all share the same ID.
I’d like to give each device their own ID. I just need the steps on how to do that so I don’t lose anyone’s information.
