HI, using apple pencil 1 on iPad 7th generation wich has protective film/fiberglass, does it keep the same precision as using it with no screen protection?

Using a screen protector from one of the reputable manufacturers, such as Zagg, should not adversely affect sensitivity and accuracy - if the protector is explicitly stated as being compatible with your iPad.
Some reports are seen within the community of issues when using Apple Pencil with iPad, however, where difficulties are reported, these tend to be with cheap brands of screen protector, or when used with recent models of iPad Pro.
