PNC Bank app stopped working. I deleted reinstalled it and it still...

The app will allow me to login through my samsung galaxy and it works fine... Also, when I try to load it through the mobile option on pnc's website via iphone safari it does the same thing, but when I select the online option it logins me in correctly. Called PNC and they told me its something in my phone... any ideas!?!

So when I open up the app and try to login it says... "we were unable to verify the information you entered." This only happens on my iphone! I deleted the app, unregistered my number then did the process over again and I'm back where I started? How do I completely delete an app so that its starting fresh?
