I am trying to purchase a new iphone, because my older iphone recently shattered. But i cant physically check the one time verification code that they send after you input your phone number and last four of SSN.What should i do?
I am trying to purchase a new iphone, because my older iphone recently shattered. When i continue the process of purchasing it with Tmobile and monthly purchases it states "You'll receive a text message with a one-time passcode", but i cant check the code because my phone is broken and i cant unlock it. What other ways could i do to verify the code? could i use my macbook pro?
