iPhone and MacBook clocks out of sync

My iPhone clock is almost three minutes slower than my laptop's clock. Both are up-to date, and I have tried turning the "update date and time automatically" toggles on and off and restarting both devices meanwhile. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or at least which one is right?

3 tests...

In Sys Prefs>Date & Time, unlock the lock & chose a different Time server.

In Sys Prefs>Date & Time, unlock the lock & uncheck Automatic & set correct time... how long does it stay correct?

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?
