Mail in Time Machine

I can see all what i want in Time machine with folders for example but with Mail App this is impossible. I can’t see my mails and this is impossible to go to a specific date. What can i do?

Retrieving mail in Time Machine I am having a problem retrieving mail in Time Machine, I have had advice from a member of the community but not solved. All the advice online recommends opening Mail then Time Machine, this I have done, sometimes it shows me a list of mail but not always, even with the list I cannot see old mail. When I try with other folders I can go way back. I have attempted to post a picture.

No mail in Time Machine I accidentally deleted a mailbox, as I have Time Machine I thought I could just go in and retrieve the previous days folders. However, Time machine would not open in mail. When I selected previous back up dates there was no mail folder in library. I tried selecting USERS - this brought up mail but really old folders none of my current email was listed anywhere. If I am in MAIL and click on enter time machine - should it not open up previous mail? Is there something that should be configured in Time Machine to ensure it captures mail, and if so how do I do that. I am using LaCie as an external hard drive for backups. I am not even sure how to check that the backups it is running are actually backing anything up ?? Help please.

Accessing Mail in Time Machine For awhile I had the reported problem of Mail crashing when entering Time Machine from Mail. It doesn't do that anymore; I can enter Time Machine but none of the buttons work (Backup Date, Today, etc.) If I access Time Machine from anywhere else, the buttons work. Is there a fix? I'd really like to be able to access my Mail as I was able to do pre-Catalina. Thanks. Yvonne Catalina 10.15.2 on an iMac 27" 2017 Retina

Time Machine for Mail has been broken since 12/19 for many of us. Best option is call Apple and create a case. Not enough people are opening cases so Apple is ignoring the problem until they do.

Restore the entire folder for Catalina this is the V7 folder

From the Finder>Go>Go To Folder compy and paste:

~/Library/Mail/
